Installation

1. Take the inflatable gymnastics mat out of the box and untie the strapping.

2. Stretch it to full length on a flat floor.

3. Open the valve for ready for inflating.

4. Insert the adapter into the valve and twist clockwise by 45°, your inflatable gymnastics mat now is ready to inflate.

5. The other end is connected to the air pump, which is in the suction state.

6. Shut down the pump and disconnect the valve when the inflatable gymnastics mat is full of air.
