some Genie brand garage doors also use this type of garage door weatherseal.

Series Models 399, 391, 390, 381, 288, 281, 189 - and other models.

Color: Black This weatherseal has a P-shape/pattern bead that slides into the single channel bottom retainer on the door.

All lengths are at least longer than listed Measures 2" long to custom fit your garage door.

Weatherstripping is easily cut to any length with a sharp utility knife.

EASY TO INSTALL: Remove old weatherseal, clean any debris from retainer, An old paintbrush works well for this, straighten the retainer if needed.

Use a spray lube (like WD40) in the channel to lubricate and help the seal slide into place.

One person forms the seal strip and guides it into the channel while another person pulls the weatherstrip along the door.

Do not stretch the seal, it should be installed in a loose state and not stretched.

Use a utility knife to cut off the excess and lightly crimp the Weather sealed in place.
