IF it has a continuous alarm sound or abnormalities display, please check:

STEP 1, Check if it is over-heat alarm, if it is, add water or set temperature to 100°F

STEP 2, Check if the lid fit snugly, snap it tightly after each time of water adding.

STEP 3, IF no reason can be found, reset the programme: Press and hold the buttons “UP” and “DOWN” at the same time for 5 seconds, all data is reset to factory parameters.

PRECAUTIONS

1 Be sure to place it horizontally on a flat surface.

2 Do not open the lid completely when adding water.

3 Do not unplug while adding water.

4 Remove the dividers three days before hatching, leave more space for newborns.

5 Do not take the chicks out until its hair is dry.
