Q : How do I connect my smartwatch?
1. Download "JYouPro" APP from Google Play/APP Store, or scan the QR code to download.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone, open the APP, find the model of the watch you want to connect (you can check the watch model in the watch settings → product information), and bind the app to the watch and the Bluetooth of your phone to the watch.
Q: Cant answer and make calls.
1. If the audio bluetooth is not connected, it is unable to respond, please allow all permissions when the app is connected, the audio bluetooth will be automatically connected, after connecting the audio bluetooth, you can answer incoming calls, if it still cant you need to open the phone settings bluetooth inside to find the watch model manually link the audio bluetooth of the watch model to use this function.
Q :How do I get the message notification on my watch?
1. Please make sure you allow JYouPro notifications in your phone settings. Please make sure that "JYouPro" App allows reading notification permission, otherwise you will not receive message notifications.
2. After connecting, open the app and click on "Message Notifications" and select the notifications you want to receive, such as phone calls, text messages, Facebook or Twitter, etc. After disconnecting the audio Bluetooth, the watch will not receive the sound from your phone.
Q : The Bluetooth link is often disconnected and unstable, and the time data will be reset
1. Please make sure the watch is successfully paired with your phone via "JYouPro" App and Bluetooth. Please dont exceed 10m distance between watch and cell phone, otherwise Bluetooth will be disconnected.
Q: The watch cant be opened and charged.
1. Please plug the included charging cable into the 5V1A or 5V500mAh adapter and charge it against the host charging contact. The watch cannot be charged by the high current adapter. If it still cant be solved please contact with the seller at Amazon.
