●1 - [Replace Factory Radio] - Used to replace the factory oem radio with your aftermaket new radio.
●2 - [Support amplified systems] - This harness can be used to connects an aftermarket stereo to the factory amplified system. Works with ALL factory systems and retain some features like steering audio controls,audio signal,CAN date,instrument lamps Control,etc.
●3 - [IMPORTANT] - The wires are color-coded; however, the wires on an after-market stereo may not match with the color-coded wires in your vehicle. Its best to study and follow the wiring diagram that cames with the stereo. In order to match wires correctly, please check the wiring diagrams for both your vehicle and the new stereo.
●4 - [Red ignition wire] - If the [factory] radio harness in your vehicle has no ignition wire, aftermarket stereo can not be turned off/on through [factory] radio harness. To solve this issue, need to get 12V power from the ignition by running the red cable separately from the [factory radio harness]. Simply attach one end to the ACC wire of the harness that comes with aftermarket radio, and connect the other end to the ACC wiring position located behind vehicles ignition switch.
