Installation and use:
The external actuator is mounted on a mounting plate, which is mounted on the PT pump and diesel
Two bolts on the outer side between the machines. The actuator lead rod and the PT pump throttle rod are connected by a three-section rod, which is very convenient. Use the same method as the control board.
The external actuator manufactured by our company has three-section drive rods made of duralumin, which is lighter in weight and quicker than imported ones. The transmission knot uses double ball bearings, which is slightly shifted and will not be jammed. It is more flexible than imported ones.
The external actuator is installed on a special iron plate, and the mounting plate is installed on the throttle between the PT pump and the diesel engine
Two bolts. The output shaft of the actuator and the throttle shaft of the PT pump are connected and driven by a three-section rod. Adjust the speed, adjust the idle speed
1. Take out the built-in actuator from the PT pump and replace it with a betting head and cover plate with O-rings and M6 bolts.
2. Check that the throttle shaft on the front of the PT pump is not bumped and bent.
3. When the PT pump originally used a built-in actuator, the outer throttle lever was fixed at the maximum throttle position (far left). Loosen the throttle lever stop screws on the left and right sides to check whether the shaft is stuck or loose. (Above)
Adjust the right screw to idle speed, about 650-750 rpm, and tighten it. Adjust the left screw to high speed, about 1700-1750 rpm, and lock it.
