About GFCI Outlet:
Plugged the device into the GFCI outlet, if the device is not powered, please check the following steps:
1) Please check whether the device is plugged into the GFCI outlet tightly.
2) If the device is connected to the GFCI outlet correctly but still does not work:
A. Check whether the TEST button pops up. If so, it indicates that the connected device is short-circuited, please unplug the device and correct the circuit fault.
B. After troubleshooting, press the TEST button first, then press the RESET button, and then plugged the device, if the Green LED indicator flashes, it indicates that the GFCI outlet is working properly; if the TEST button pops up once again, it indicates that the device short circuit fault is not eliminated successfully, please repeat steps A to B.
Important Note:
1. GFCI outlet is not waterproof, please protect the outlets from water and keep both receptacle and any plugs dry.
2. Please test the outdoor outlet regularly. A complete test consists of pressing the TEST button once and pressing the RESET button once. Otherwise, the porch light with the outlet plug will not turn on, and there will be no power output in the outlet.
