The HDMI ARC output port of our this 4x2 HDMI matrix must be connected to the HDMI ARC input port of the display device (like TV, Project) and please ensure that HDMI ARC is turned on successfully. NOTE: There is no sound from the display device (TV or Projector) after the normal connection is started, and the remote control cannot adjust the sound level.
