For a more streamlined experience, the right angle key face position is fully visible and accessible while in the hitch, making it easy to press-on the Silent Hitch Pin to the Pin Shaft without requiring use of a key. The Silent Hitch Pin’s 5/8” hex head and corrosion resistant chrome finish united with flat and split ring washers, protects the hitch paint finish when tightened. The included heavy duty Spring Nut features a hot dip Zinc finish that naturally lubricates the Pins’ threads and is highly resistant to corrosion even in marine environments. The Silent Hitch Pin’s Spring Nut coil holds the nut tight in the tow shank and is portable to fit in any 2in hollow shank cargo carrier, bike rack, hitch step, hitch bar or bumper for a secure and distraction free towing experience.
