Why doesnt the curler work and five-light flashes?

The curling iron needs to be warmed up for 1 minute before use. If it still doesnt work after warming up, check if the battery is drained.

Is this curling iron easy to get hair stuck?

To avoid stucking, pls put hair in small amounts and multiple times and put the hair into the same side of the hair fastening pieces.

When the hair is stuck, short press the "mode button" to make the motor reverse and reset, then take out the hair.

Why the motor stops working after turning one circle?

What length of hair is this curling iron suitable for?
