Torque converter riser plate allows for installatopm of a TAV2 style torque converter on Coleman mini bikes without modifying the frame or any parts including the torque converter. You will need to install a Stage 1 Kit - Air Filter, Jet and Exhaust and a longer single chain. On Coleman Mini Bikes, if you will need to use the stock offset fill gas tank.
