RETURN POLICY: In order to receive a refund, product must be returned in sufficient packaging to eliminate the possibility of damage. All products must be unaltered (unpainted, unstained, uncut) and suitable for resale. When we receive the product and ensure that the product is in the same condition that was originally shipped, we will issue a refund for the product minus the cost for the original shipping, handling, and return shipping (unless the reason for return is due to an error caused by the supplier). Product must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving it, or else a refund will not be given.
