HOW TO BREW THE TEA

• Rinse the needles.
• Chop 2 Tbsp of needles and steep in one cup of hot water for 10-20 minutes.
• Cover the cup to hold the steam. Strain it.
• Sweeten with honey or sweetener of choice.
• The taste is light and refreshing. You may add your favorite herbs to create a custom blend.

 

HOW TO STORE

1. FREEZE IT FOR VERY LONG USE:

If you order the big weight, just keep them in the freezer then they will last 4-6 months in the freezer. Take out only what you need at a time

2. KEEP IN COOL REFRIGATOR

If you plan to use them in shorter time with smaller weight, you can store them sepperately in the refrigator
