Based on where I got this from, I think it is an early production of these. If someone knows more, please let me know! The helmet comes in its original factory box. It is in brand new MINT condition. The box does seem to have wear from being lightly compressed in the case and from rubbing against the box next to it in the case. The front and back of the box are shown in the scan so the buyer can see both sides. One helmet is included with the purchase of this item. The box is about 7 inches by 4.5 inches by 5 inches. Neat piece of history!!!
