When measuring, apply the correct force to the outside of the strained E-beam portion of the sensor (ie, attach a strain gauge in the middle and cover the beam with white plastic) and the outer edge to form a shear force in the opposite direction, that is, in the middle of the strain beam. The necessary change in bending occurs when the force is applied, and the strained beam cannot be obstructed by another force.
The sensor uses the following three methods:
1. Use a sensor with an external resistor to measure the full-bridge range. Sensor range: 50kg. Higher requirements for external resistance
2. Using only two full-bridge sensors, the measurement range is the sum of the ranges of the two sensors: 50kgx2 = 100kg
3. Using four full-bridge sensors, the measurement range is the sum of the ranges of the four sensors: 50kgx4=200kg
