Shrinkwrap bands are plastic sleeves made of PVC plastic that can be melted over a container to create a tamper-evident, safety seal. This makes it evidently clear to customers or consumers if products have been previously opened by simply looking at the seal. It works with a variety of containers including, but not limited to, mason jars, tins, airless pump bottles, airless jars, plastic bottles, plastic spray bottles, lip balm tubes, lotion bar containers, deodorant tubes, food bottles, and personal care products, to name a few. Tamper-evident sleeves from Keep Fresh are perfect for either personal or commercial use. They are perforated for easy access when the user is ready to open the contents. You no longer need to use scissors, knives, or worst of all, your teeth, to open a shrink wrap seal. All you need to open Keep Freshs tamper-proof seal is an opposable thumb! Creating a seal is easy to do with a heat gun. Simply slide the sleeve over the container and apply heat! Our PVC shrink films shrink properly at 280 degrees. Most hair dryers are limited to keeping temperatures under 120 degrees for safety reasons. Therefore, it is recommended to use a heat gun when applying perforated shrink bands. The seal not only helps to prevent tampering but also helps to keep the products fresh and airtight while simultaneously preventing spills. To find the right size for your container, make sure your cap diameter fits the area you want to cover with the shrink band.
