Why does the controller still not work after the Bluetooth connection of the mobile phone is successful?

Delete the controller bluetooth on your phone (must do), long press touch pad + PS key to turn off controller, and press Share + PS key for 2 sec to boot the controller then reconnect bluetooth again

Why i can not play the game after connection?

Some games do not support the controller mode. Some controller supported games need to select controller mode in the game settings before you using the controller to play. such as: Genshin Impact.

Why doesnt the controller indicator light flash after power on?

If the indicator is not flash and keeps on, please check if the controller is connected to the Bluetooth of other devices, please remove the connection of the other device and try again.

How to shut down the controller?

Long press Touch pad + PS key untill indicator light turn off.
