Q1: Showerhead always drops down and its holder cant fits on the it?
A1: Maybe you install wrong side of hose to showerhead. Look the picture, please.
Q2:Why do LED Shower head sometimes Lights off?
A2: Because LED lights are powered by water pressure, when you adjust the low water pressure, the lights will turn off. Instead, raise the water pressure and the lights will turn on.
And the color of the light depends on the temperature.
Tips:
1.Package has two washers as backups, please do not use in the initial installation
