LASER 1 OPAQUE Heat Transfer Papers are designed for both oil and oil-less laser copiers and laser printers for the heat transfer of high-resolution photographs and images binders, padfolios, paper, leather, magnets, wood veneer, nylon and more. Choose garments that have a tight weave. This is particularly important when transferring to sweatshirts. IMPORTANT: Make one shirt and wash it by itself before producing your order. This will help you from making costly mistakes and will allow you to take corrective action before you make a quantity of shirts. When the instructions are followed you will get excellent results! PRINTING: IMPORTANT: For textile printing anything higher than 200-250 DPI is a waste of ink & time and it will not produce better results. In fact, you may create a problem if you use too much ink! 1. LASER 1 OPAQUE Paper works in most color laser printers and color laser copiers. 2. DO NOT mirror the image. Copy/print on the coated, unprinted side of the transfer. 3. LASER 1 OPAQUE Paper should be fed into the copier or printer with the short dimension first (grain long) using the by-pass tray. 4. Trim away the unprinted areas of the transfer if desired. 5. Slowly peel the paper backing from the transfer film, starting with a small tear in the corner to make separating easier 1.Place imaged transfer film face up on garment or substrate and cover it with a silicone ironing sheet (sold sperately). Place a flat single layer of fabric such as a pillow case or t-shirt over the the ironing sheet. Press 2 minutes at 300F using medium pressure. Re-use of the ironing sheets are not recommended. 2.Allow to cool completely before removing the silicone ironing sheet.
