Frequently Asked Questions
- 1.What exactly can Norshire Mini inflate?
All vehicle tires, including those of sedans, SUVs, trailers, trucks etc, and bike tires including road bike tires, as well as all sorts of balls and inflatable toys.
- 2.How do I charge Norshire Mini?
You can charge the Battery/Power Versions, 1) in the cigarette lighter in your car, 2) with a 5V/2A adapter that is commonly used to charge our cellphones and tablets, 3) from a power bank. For charging method #2&3, you’ll need to use a special charging cable that comes with the device. This cable can boast the voltage from 5V to 13.6V. Since the Battery-less Version doesn’t have a built-in battery, it doesn’t need to be charged.
- 3.Is there enough power for Norshire Mini to pump all 4 tires of a car on a single charge?
Norshire Mini - Battery Version can work continuously for about 8 minutes on a single charge. It takes about 5m to inflate a completely flat tire. Since its extremely rare for a car owner to have to pump a completely deflated tire but instead in most cases we just need to pump tires that are somewhat flat, its safe to say you can pump all four on a single charge.
- 4.Would it be safe to leave Norshire Mini in the car in hot summer days/hot climes?
Yes. The lithium iron phosphate battery we use in Battery/Power Versions is very stable. Its working temp range is b/w -20℃ and 75℃ (-4℉ and 167℉)while its storage temp range is b/w -40℃ and 100℃ (-40℉ and 212℉).
- 5.Is the battery in Battery/Power Versions removable?

- 6.Can I use a power bank to power Norshire Mini?
As long as there is a USB interface, you can use our standard power cord to charge. Our special charging cable can boast the voltage from 5V to 13.6V.
- 7.What is the life span of Norshire Minis battery?
Norshire utilizes lithium iron phosphate battery, which is very powerful and tough. It’s good for 3000 cycles of charging/discharging, as compared to 500 of the Li-ion battery used in cellphones.
- 8.How long can Norshire Mini run on a single charge?
