Featuring a strong PVC and rubber construction, the vinyl tape resists abrasion, moisture, copper corrosion, Alkalies, acid, and weather. The vinyl tape is CSA and UL-listed for safety, and is rated at 600V maximum operating voltage with a continuous operating temperature of 80°C. Ideal for repairing cords or wires, marking, or bundling cables, and sealing and protecting electrical components for safety and extended lifespan. Built with a flexible, formulated, self-extinguishing plasticized PVC, the tape is flame retardant and safe for a variety of applications. You can use this tape outdoors with confidence as its industrial adhesive is highly weather-resistant. While this is nearly weatherproof electrical tape, we would not recommend it for use in underwater areas.
