Instructions
Insert directly into drill or quick change chuck - polished end shown
Set the drill to reverse (counterclockwise).
Place the polished end of the tool into the damaged screw and slowly clean the inside of the screw head until smooth. The end of the polishing tool is not used for drilling.

Remove the polished end from the chuck, flip the tool over, and replace it on the drill chuck - the removed end is now shown.
Keep the reverse setting (counterclockwise).
Put the remover end of the tool into the now smooth screw head.
Apply firm downward pressure and drill at a slow speed. Apply the lowest power to the hand drill.
The remover end will be screwed into the screw head and removed
