Is the use of LCD writing tablets safe for young children?

We suggest that children over the age of 3 use the writing pad. The button battery in the product is fixed with screws, but please do not open the battery compartment to avoid childrens access to the battery.

Where is the backup battery and do I need to reinstall it?

The spare battery is in the lower right corner of the back of the drawing board. You need to take out the spare battery and install it in the place of the main battery when the main battery has no power.

What if the erase button of my drawing board stops working?

(1). Please check if the safety lock is off. (2). Please replace the backup battery.
