Cannot Boot

Please check if the battery is charged or the power adapter is properly connected.

No sound

Please check whether the volume knob is at the minimum volume.

No radio program or unclear

Please confirm whether there is radio signal or strong interference at your location. Buildings with concrete structures ,electromagnetic signals ,operating electrical equipment ,etc, which will cause shielding or interference to the radio signal.

Cannot transmit sound to Bluetooth receiver

Please make sure the Bluetooth receiver has been turned on , and notice the blue LED on the back of device is quick flashing , it means device is searching Bluetooth receiver .

On TAPE mode,and you dont press PLAY button to play tape.

Bluetooth cassete and Speaker paired successfuly , but no sound

Please restart Bluetooth speaker, and wait for them to re - pair Bluetooth successfuly.
