PE4302 is a digital adjustable RF attenuator from Peregrine Semiconductor, which is applicable to closed-loop power control of FM, WCDMA, WLAN, WiMAX and other products. The PE4302 has a maximum attenuation of 31.5dB, a step of 0.5dB, and a working frequency of DC-4GHz, which can be controlled through the parallel/serial data interface
The attenuation of PE4302 can be adjusted to 31.5dB. With the 33.5dB fixed gain of the drive amplifier RFPA5201E, the AGC can be adjusted to 2-33.5dB, which is sufficient for various occasions
