1.Question: What should I do if the sand keeps staying on top and doesn’t fall?

Answer: 1. Rotate the sand painting for several times, so that the sand, water and air are evenly distributed in the sand painting, and the air bubbles in the sand painting should not be too large. Shake the sand painting to make the air bubbles smaller and let the sand flow down from the gaps between the air bubbles.

2. If there is too much air in the sand painting, you can use a small syringe to extract a certain amount of air to keep the height of the air bubbles at 0.2-0.4 inch, so that the flow rate of the sand will be moderate, which can create wonderful patterns.

3. If there is a lot of water evaporation in the sand painting, you can inject a small amount of pure water, shake or rotate the sand painting after injection, so that the sand, water and air are evenly distributed in the sand painting

2.Question: How do you inject air bubbles into it? Otherwise, I flip it over and the sand goes right down to the bottom, very fast

Answer: During operation, just hold the product left and right to gently shake it for a while to collect all the sand in the painting on the bottom edge, and at the same time, the fixed proportion of air inside will be shaken into small bubbles, and then it can be turned upside down horizontally and if you flip it over just right and get the bubbles lined up evenly across this thing, then the sand slowly sinks through a gap or two in the bubbles and can go for hours creating beautiful designs.

The sand of the quicksand occasionally gets stuck and the bubbles cannot float. At this time, you need to check the size of the bubbles. The bubbles should not be too large, preferably around 2mm. It is normal for individual bubbles to get stuck. The buoyancy of the bubbles is balanced with the gravity of the sand. The probability of this problem, the probability of this situation is very small.

3.Question: Mine did not come with a syringe. How do I get one for this?

Answer: You can buy a small syringe at a pharmacy or store

4.Question: Does anyone have issues with the water slowly evaporating? Because mine is a year old and there’s less water?

Answer: After a long time, some of the water vapor in the sand painting will evaporate. If the sand is always stuck, you can consider injecting some pure water, but do not inject too much to prevent the glass from breaking
