Feature

●?? [BEST CREALITY UPGRADE] - This bimetallic heat break upgrade was specifically designed to fit the following printers: Creality Ender 3 | Ender 3 V2 | Ender 3 Pro | Ender 5 | Ender 5 Plus | Ender 5 Pro | Ender 6 | CR-10 V1 | CR-10 Mini | CR-10S/S4/S5
●?? [PLUG AND PLAY] ? Simply uninstall your stock heat break, install our Copperhead Heat Break, and start printing away!
●?? [ELIMINATES HEAT CREEP] ? Improve resolution, stop clogging, and prevent failed prints from happening by using this bimetallic heat break that conducts 60% less heat than a standard threaded heat break!
●?? [450°C TEMPERATURE RATING] ? With a temperature rating this high, our Copperhead Heatbreak Upgrade will allow you to print virtually any available printable thermoplastic (ASA, PC, PEEK, PEI, etc.)!
●?? [Slice’s Guarantee] - Slice Engineering is a USA based company. All of our products are tested by our in-house engineering team, carry a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and are supported by our knowledgeable engineering staff. Be confident that we stand by our products!
●? Warning: The bimetallic nature of this heat break makes it more fragile than its monolithic counterpart. Due to this, extra care and handling is required when installing this component. Additionally, we recommend halving the retraction setting used with your previous hotend and tuning from there.

Description

Tired of heat creep getting you down and ruining your prints? Eliminate it with the Copperhead Bimetallic Heat Break. Unlike most heat breaks which are monolithic (composed of only one material), the Bimetallic Heat Break is composed of multiple materials. Like a composite, these heat breaks use the differing material properties of the two metals (super conducting copper and poorly conducting hardened steel) to force the heat from your 3D printer to go where it should. The copper allows the heat to distribute evenly in the hot section, the hardened steel prevents the heat from moving up the filament path, and the copper in the cold section rapidly dissipates any heat to the heat sink. Bring some materials engineering technology to your 3D printer, eliminate heat creep, and be happy with your 3D printer again
