How to judge whether the motorcycle rectifier is broken and needs to be replaced:
- After the engine is started, if the positive pole of the battery is removed, although the flame is not turned off, but the voltage of the line exceeds 14.5V, or even more than 18V, then the rectifier is broken.
- After the engine is started, if the positive pole of the battery is removed, if the flame is turned off at this time, the rectifier is also broken, and the rectifier must be replaced.
- Under normal circumstances, the voltage should be 9~13V with or without the accelerator. If the voltage suddenly rises or drops sharply with the accelerator, then the rectifier is broken.
