After-sales service - Amazon.com Voluntary 30-day Return Policy: You can return many items you have purchased within 30 days following delivery of the item to you. Our Voluntary 30-day Return does not affect your legal right of withdrawal in any way. You can find out more about the exceptions and conditions here.

OVERHEATING WARNING: Not designed for continuous operation(not a 100% duty cycle). While energized, under normal operating conditions, solenoid valve will get HOT. The coil will reach a maximum temperature of about 176°F (80℃), which is fully complied with national standard: JB/T7352-2010. If energized continuously for more than 8 hours the coil may burn.

"Normally Closed" (NC) and "Normally Open" (NO) are terms used to describe the default state of a solenoid valve when it is not energized.

  • In a Normally Closed (NC) solenoid valve, the valve is closed when there is no electrical power applied to the solenoid. It opens when power is supplied, allowing the flow of fluid or gas (refer to Picture 1).
  • Conversely, in a Normally Open (NO) solenoid valve, the valve is open when there is no electrical power applied. It closes when power is supplied, blocking the flow of fluid or gas(refer to Picture 2).
