Description

Specification:

Type: Non-isolated step up module (BOOST)

Input Voltage: 10~32VDC

Input Current: 16A (MAX.); if more than 8A, please enhance heat dissipation

Quiescent Current: 15mA(tested when converting 12V to 20V; it will increase when output voltage is higher)

Output Voltage: 12~60VDC continuously adjustable

(Applies only to where the input voltage is less than the output voltage, can not step down voltage)

Output Current: 8A (related to the input and output voltage difference, the greater voltage difference is, the smaller output current will be. please enhance heat dissipation when current is over 4A)

Constant Current Output Range: 0.3~8A

Turn Lights Adjusting Range: 0.3~8A

Output Power: cooling 90WMAX; Enhanced cooling 150WMAX

Operating Temperature: -40℃ to 85℃(if temperature is too high, please enhance heat dissipation)

Frequency: 150KHz

Conversion Efficiency: 95% (Efficiency is related to input/output voltage, current and voltage difference)

Short Circuit Protection: Yes (input 15A fuse)

Reverse Input Protection: No, usually can connect diode in series to the input

Output Indicator Light: With charging indication; it shows red when charging, green when fully charged

Output Flow Back Protection: Yes

Installation Method: Four 3mm screws (NOT included)

Wiring Method: Terminal blocks

Weight: 74g / 2.6oz (approx.)

Package list:

1 * Voltage Converter

Current Adjustment:

1, Adjust the CV potentiometer, depending on the load requirements, adjust the output voltage to the appropriate value, example:4 series of battery to 55V, 10 series LED to 37V

2, The module output current value is set to minimum (rotate counterclockwise CC potentiometer till you hear small crack sound from the potentiometer)
