Tipps:
- The drive is not suitable for car.
- This CD/DVD drive does not support Blu-ray discs.
- Please connect directly to the USB port of your computer. If you connect it to the USB hub or extension cable, it may not recognise the driver or read the CD / DVD.
- If the CD cannot be read successfully, please use the Windows Media Player that comes with Windows or another system that includes the Media Player to read the CD.
- Desktop PC connection: Please connect the unit to the motherboard USB port for normal use.
- This drive is not fully compatible with Windows 10 computers due to compatibility issues between Windows 10 itself and external hardware. We suggested downloading VLC Media Player to play DVD and CD.
- To the laptop has sufficient power supply to burn CD/DVD, you could use the charging cable while burning.
- If the 5V voltage provided by the USB or Type-C port of your computer or notebook is not stable enough, it will cause the connection to be interrupted.
