The PDP Limited Edition Maple/Walnut Snare Drum is a welcome addition to the complete line of PDP offerings. The ultra-thick, 20-ply, hybrid shell is made with 16 plies of European maple at its core, and 4 plies of walnut, both inside and outside. Outfitted with a MAG throw-off and PDP’s distinct dual-turret lugs, the Maple/Walnut Snares are available in 5.5” x 14”, 6.5” x 14”, 7” x 13” and 8” x 14” dimensions. All of the sizes produce a fat, throaty sound with a pronounced attack.
