More than forty years ago, my father Rick Kersten and his brother Pete went into business as artists and illustrators. How did we get our start?

Kersten Brothers Studios is the name of our original family company, which started in the early 70s. Seeing a huge demand for greeting cards, Stonehouse Collection got its start in 2002 when my wife and I decided to take over the family legacy & manufacture everything ourselves.
