Niigata Tsubame Sanjo Product, Really Ready to Use, IH Compatible, Aluminum Clad Three-Layer Steel, Two-Handed Pot
Main unit is made of 3-layer clad with SUS430 (stainless steel) + aluminum + SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel) + overall plate thickness 0.08 inch (2.0 mm). It is extremely durable for use in any home or commercial use.
The lid and handle part are SUS304 (18-8 stainless steel) and unlike resin parts, it will not deteriorate over time. Lid plate thickness is 0.03 inches (0.8 mm).
The handle is not welded, and the riveted design makes it a more durable finish.
In other words, all parts are made of aluminum clad 3-layer steel + 18-8 stainless steel, so they can be used for TOWA (eternal) over generations.
