The straps and heavy duty steel rings were appreciated to give peace of mind that it will be long lasting. The swing is very durable and easy to put together. Its comfortable and a great size. It can easily be taken off if you dont want to use it. swing had a very good set up for hanging and installing the swing with the tent around it.
