Smart Watch with Call Function, Dual Bluetooth Connection(App Connection and Phones Bluetooth Connection)

A: *The first Bluetooth, Apps Bluetooth (Da Fit)

Step1：Download the Da Fit app in your smartphone (you can scan the QR code in user manual or search Da Fit in App Store)

Step2：Turn on PhoneS Bluetooth and Location.

Step3：Enter Da Fit app and click ADD A DEVICE to bind watch NK21, if more than one devices nearby, please filter according to the MAC number of the watch. （Please fully charged it when the first time to use）

B: *The second Bluetooth, connect phones Bluetooth to use the call function and play media audio.

Step1: Swipe down the screen,turn on the call function switch

Step2: Open phones setting and turn on the Bluetooth .

Step3: Search and find the watch Bluetooth named: Audio _NK21

Step4: Click Audio _NK21 to connect.

After successful connection, you can dial/ answer/ reject the phone call on the watch, you can view the call log information on the smartwatch, and add 8 contacts through APP.( Note: the phone number cant have () symbol)

Note: The audio cannot be turned on when the watch battery is low. The distance of the Bluetooth connection should not exceed ten meters.

Q: What should I do if the smartwatches fail to pair again or keeps disconnecting?

A: 1) Please make sure that your smartwatch has Bluetooth enabled and is not paired with other devices. 2) Please restart the phone and reset the watch (Turn on the watch - Click the “settings”- “System Menu”- “Reset”), then connect the smartwatch again. 3) Keep Da Fit APP running in the background. Then follow the steps below. Find your phone settings-APPS-Power usage details--Launch settings-Open on the Run in background.

A: When you first use the watch, please charge the watch for 10 minutes first to activate it, then full charge about 2 hours. The smart watchs time will automatically sync with your phone after you connect through the Da Fit app. You can set time format on APP.

Q: Why it couldn’t receive text and notifications ?

A: Ensure that DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode is disabled on the watch, and make sure your phones notification bar displays messages. And then follow the steps below. (1) The notification permission in the phone settings. (2) The notification permission in Da Fit APP you need to receive information. (3) The notification permission in Da Fit app. (Please make sure keep APP run in background.)

Q: After connecting to the call function of the watch, how can I prevent the media music of the phone from playing on the watch?

A: iOS system: Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find Audio _NK21 and click disconnect. Note that disconnect the Audio _NK21, can not use watch to make /answer calls /play music; Android system: Open the phone settings, turn on Bluetooth, find Audio _NK21, you can directly cancel the connection or click the setting icon on the right side of Audio _NK21 to turn off the button of media audio.

Q: Watch doesnt display the text, just show you receive a message.

A: The watch displays what displays on your smartphones notification bars. If your smartphone cannot receive the detailed text, the watch cannot receive the detailed text, neither. In this case, please feel free to set up your system setting of notification and the message notification Settings for third-party APP.

Q: Why are Android phones easy to disconnect?

A: The app must be running in the background so that the Bluetooth does not disconnect automatically.
