Q: Does this smartwatch work with my phone?
A: Our bluetooth call watch is compatible with most iOS 9.0 and above & Android 5.0 and above smartphones. Please check your smartphones version in “Setting - General - About phone”.
Q: How to connect the smart watch?
A: You need two steps to connect watch bluetooth, then you can use all the functions of the watch normally 1: Turn on phones Bluetooth and smartwatch--Download and enter V Band App--Add device--Click and connect NK19. 2: Swipe down the watch screen--Click & activate the phone icon--Open the Bluetooth interface in the phone settings--Search and connect Audio-NK19.
Q: Why cant receive message?
A: Please make sure that V Band app has the permission to read notification: Settings-- Notifications--V Band--Allow Notifications; Please connect your watch to your phone via the V Band app then open the V Band app --Device--Notification--Turn on the Notification you want (Note: APP need to run in background to keep bluetooth connected)
Q: Why the watch cant scyn to the phone?
A: Please make sure that you connect the watch via the V Band app first, not the phone Bluetooth. Make sure the mobile phone network signal is good. If you still cant find the watch Bluetooth, please restart your smartphone and watch.
Q: Is the strap Replaceable?
A: Yes, the strap width is 22mm and you can buy extra bands in our store or from others that match the size.
Q: I dont want to play music or YouTube/Facebook from the watch?
A: This watch also supports media audio, and default is on. When you play youtube, the sound will play from the watch. You can turn off Media audio: Go to the Bluetooth setting of smartphone -- Paired Device -- Audio-NK19-- Click the settings Icon on the right -- Click "Disconnect" or turn off the switch on the watch (Slide down the homepage and find the call icon, click it to turn off the switch on the watch)
Q: Some functions cannot be used after it is connected?
A: Open the V Band App to remove the device, open the phones Bluetooth and forget this device, open the watch settings to reset the watch, and then follow the two-step connection to reconnect.
