Easy To Install

Clear mark for easy quick installation:

The pedal axle is stamped with a “L” or “R” for left and right side respectively. Simply use a 6mm allen key wrench or 15mm open end wrench to install pedal on to your bicycle

*recommended torque: 35 Nm or 25 ft-1bs

Pedal Tension Adjustment

Use a 3mm Allen key to adjust the tension on the pedal to fit your cleated shoes.

  • To increase spring tension, turn adjustment bolt clockwise
  • To decrease spring tension, turn adjustment bolt counter clockwise
