11x17 1A Round Ring Poly Binder is made from a lightweight flexible polyethylene plastic, and features a 1A round ring riveted to the 11A spine. The binder panels have a textured crushed finished on the outside and a smooth finish on the inside. The crushed finish helps conceal scratches that occur from daily use. Our 11x17 Poly Binders panels are a single sheet, heat scored for maximum life expectancy and durability. This 11x17 binder includes additional length in the panels that will adequately cover both 11x17 Index Tab Dividers, and 11x17 Sheet Protectors.
