Description

EISCO two-part human digestive system model is used for anatomical study, and features the following parts for detailed examination: nose, mouth cavity, pharynx, esophagus, gastrointestinal tract, liver with gall bladder, pancreas, spleen duodenum, and opened cecum and rectum. The model has a removable transverse colon for demonstration purposes, and is hand-painted for accurate representation. The model is numbered and includes a key card for identifying features, and is mounted on a base for display. The model is made of durable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plastic-coated fiberglass. PVC plastic is corrosion resistant, lightweight, and has high strength, resisting reactions with acids, gasoline, alcohol, and hydrocarbons. Fiberglass contains many extremely fine glass fibers in a plastic composite, and is commonly used for its strength, nonreactivity, and to insulate against sound, heat, and electricity. The model measures approximately 45.0 x 20.0 x 6.0cm (H x L x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The model is suitable for high school or college students, or ages 13 to 21.

Science education products incorporate applied math and science principles into classroom and homeschool-based projects. Teachers in pre-K, elementary, and secondary classrooms use science education kits and products alongside science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) curriculum to demonstrate STEM concepts and real-world applications through hands-on activities. Science education projects include a broad range of activities, such as practical experiments in engineering, aeronautics, robotics, energy, chemistry, physics, biology, and geology.
