Grown by CVD on copper foil and transferred to quartz using wet transfer process.
Contrary to widely-held beliefs, graphenes hydrophobicity is strongly thickness-dependent, with single-layer graphene being significantly more hydrophilic than its thicker counterparts (click on this link for more information).
