These standard lifting straps are made of cotton with neoprene padding. One big difference in our Contraband straps is the ability to purchase a heavier duty 2inc strap which is ideal for larger lifters who are doing heavy reps. The strap length is enough to get 2-3 solid wraps around the bar which is sufficient for bodybuilding, powerlifting, and workouts.
