Acrylic emulsion, titanium oxide and thickening agent, it is a white primer that can be used as a ground coat for lifting. Dries to a hard coating film and can be sharpened with knife or sanded.
Suitable as a base for acrylic and oil paints
Can be diluted with water and dried to be water resistant.
Please use at temperatures above 20°F (10°C). Low temperature may cause paint film to not adhere
Avoid storing in freezing places.
