The SFP-10G-T 10G SFP+ transceivers are backward-compatible automatically between 10Gbps, 5Gbps, 2.5Gbps and 1000Mbps as long as devices are manually configured.	the 10GBASE-T SFP+ can support 10GBASE-T / 5GBASE-T / 2.5GBASE-T / 1000BASE-T up to 30m or 80m@Cat6a/Cat7 via 10Gbps, 50m via 5Gbps and 2.5Gbps, 100m@Cat 5e/6 via 1000Mbps.	Our products work well between 0 to 70°C, it meets most of our customersneed.Industrial Temperature is available for your customization and compatibility.
