Step 1 Switch-off water heater systemWarning: Always remember to turn off your water heater system before proceeding anode replacement. |
Step 2 Remove used anode rod and drain the waterPrepare tools including socket wrench, brushes and mineral oil to loosen and remove the used anode rod |
Step 3 Install new anode rodClean the thread side with brushes and mineral oil to avoid rusty and install the new anode rod with applying sealing tapes. |
Step 4 Enjoy shower with hot waterRe-fulfill water into water tank after completing replacement of anode rod. Turn on water heater system and enjoy hot waters. |
