BASIC BUTTON CONTROL:

• Switch TX/RX mode: Hold Previous and Next simultaneously for 3 seconds
• Volume control: Hold Previous to volume down, hold Next to volume up
• Select music: Press Previous or Next
• Play/Pause/Confirm: Press M
• Search again (in TX mode): Double click M

ADVANCED USING TIPS:

• Double-click M to search again, up to 9 devices around will be found, youll know the information on the display, if the top right corner of the display shows ‘1/4’, it means that a total of 4 receiver have been found and paired with device 1, and then C39S will pair with the device with the strongest signal automatically. (If there are too much devices, due to signal interference, it may not find all, so please try more times)
• If you want to change paired devices, please double-click the previous or next button to activate the selection status, and then click previous or next to select.
• After selecting is done, press M to confirm within 3 seconds, or it will exit the selection status.
• Manual restart: Press and hold M for 8 seconds to restart. This operation will clear the memory of C39S, and will enter the TX mode, pair with the device with the strongest signal.
• Beware of your TV becoming a speaker: If your TV has Bluetooth function already, its better to turn off the TVs Bluetooth temporarily. This is because the Bluetooth function of the TV is bidirectional. The TV may work as a receiver, pair with the Bluetooth transmitter without your attention. At this time, the TV becomes a speaker, and the Bluetooth transmitter cannot be paired with the real speaker.

• Question 1: Why does it cant connect with Bluetooth headsets or speakers?

1. Please confirm TX or RX mode are set correctly.

2. Bluetooth headsets/speakers must be working in pairing state. (Some headsets need to enter the pairing state manually)

3. It is possible that the Bluetooth transmitter has been paired with other receiver. (Notice whether the top right corner of the display shows ‘1/4’? it means a total of 4 receiver have been found and paired with device 1). So you need to change the paired device, please double-click the previous or next button to activate the selection status, and then click previous or next to select. After selecting is done, press M to confirm within 3 seconds, or it will exit the selection status.

• Question 2: Will it automatically reconnect to the previously paired device every time it turns on?

Generally it is. However, if you havent used it for several days, or there are other interference sources nearby, it will not reconnect automatically, please double click M to search and pair again.

• Question 3: Why does it power off or disconnect without any warning?

1. The power consumption of this product is very low, which will make the power bank unable to recognize that there is a device that needs power supply and enter the sleeping mode, so this product will be shut down.

2. The USB port of old TV may also be under voltage. (Voltage<3V, the product will not work; 3V-3.5V, effect may be poor; >3.5V, work normally).

• Question 4: Why does it has a delay in sound transmission?

All Bluetooth products will have sound delay. Weve improved our product, the sound delay can fully meet daily needs (about 120ms in the lab).

However, wireless transmission is never as fast and efficient as wired transmission. If you really need an audio experience without delay - for example, playing games which needs sound and picture synchronization, it is recommended to use traditional wired audio devices.

• Question 5: Why does it cant work with TV?

Make sure you have pluged the cable to the output port of the TV when youre using this product as a Bluetooh transmitter.
