Will the charger reset itself when multiple ports are in use?
Most multi-port chargers apply a predefined power distribution to each port when multiple ports are in use. So when a device is plugged in or unplugged, the charger will reset itself to adapt to the change. This is causing shortened battery life to your devices because there are unnecessary on and off to your device when charging. The problem with this approach is two folds. 1. When a port is connected or disconnected, all other ports will get reset and a new distribution is applied. The SlimQ F100 does not reset when the device is plugged in or unplugged, as long as the overall power draw is less than 100W, which is most of the time for most users. When the overall load is more than 100W, the two type-c ports will be suspended to protect the charger from overloading and causing safety issues. If this ever happens, it means you should consider getting a higher-capacity charger such as the SlimQ F150 or charging the large devices in sequential order.

Q: It is annoying to me some chargers do restart when I charge two or more devices, does SlimQ do that?
A: No the SlimQ F100 USB C charger does not do reset when multiple ports are in use. This is a unique feature that only SlimQ can offer today.
Q: Is Samsungs Super Fast Charging supported?
A: Yes, on both of the Type-C ports. This high-speed charging tech spec is PPS 3.3-11V/4A (~45W). On the Type-C and Type-A ports, Compatible With Samsungs Adaptive Fast Charging (AFC 15W) is also supported.
Q: Can this 100W USB C charger charge my Apples Watch?
A: Yes, Apple Watch can be charged on any of the ports with one limitation, when using one of the Type-A port for Apple Watch, you need to leave the other Type-A port unplugged. There is no limitation for Type-C ports.
Q: Can I use the charger on an airplane?
A: Yes and no. It should work most of the time, but depending on how high the airplane flies and how much air pressure is in the cabin, it may not work at all.
Q: Will this charger work for me MacBook Pro 16" model?
A: Yes, this 100W PD 3.0 charger works for all MacBook Pro models including the 16-inch model. It also works for the new MacBook Pro 16-inch M1 model, but since it requires a 140W charger that support PD 3.1, its better to get a PD 3.1 compatible 140W charger. SlimQ will have such charger on the market soon.
