●HeatSink is made from Aluminum alloy material. Drilled with high precision and black surface treatment
●The upgrade one is that Thermal heat break is made from Titanium Alloy TC4 to provide excellent thermal isolation between heater and cooling block. Titanium is extremely strong material and offers almost 3x lower thermal conductivity than stainless steel, creating more defined meltzone. And designed with a neck for prusa mini to solve the heat-creep issues. And It would be better if you can apply some thermal paste to properly fit the heatbreak into the prusa mini heatsink.
●The nozzle is made from Brass and nickel plating, pply Nickel plating on the nozzle surface can reduce the friction, to make it smoother when inputing filament and Brass material is good to keep thermal conductivity, the Nickel coating can increase the lifetime of the nozzle and prevent the nozzle surface Oxidation.
●Package: 1set hotend (including 1set fittings, 1pc aluminum heatsink: 1pc upgraded titanium heatbreak, 1pc Heater block and 1pc plated brass nozzle 0.4mm for 1.75mm filament), that is unassembled kit, you need to install it by yourself
