Rhapsody Pearl Cotton Balls Size 8 is equivalent to DMC pearl Cotton Size 8. It is made of 100% Egyptian long staple Giza Cotton and 43 yards (5 grams) each ball. It’s thickness is 0.90-1.0mm. This luminous cotton thread is double mercerized, singed and non-divisible. Its soft and silky and excellent for embroidery, temari, Cross-stitch, punch needle, needlepoint, hardanger, blackwork, redwork, pulled thread, smocking, applique, crochet, household sewing, craft projects and activities. There are 150 colors available. This cute cotton thread is completely colorfast, fade resistant, and offers guaranteed color consistency from one skein to another. The thread can be washed at high temperatures 95°C, 203°F. Particular attention should be paid to the fabric on which the thread was embroidered. After washing, wrap the embroidery in a towel to remove excess water, then dry flat. Place the embroidery on a clean cloth, preferably while still damp, and iron on the reverse side, at the temperature setting recommended for the fabric.
