[Single Junction]

Description

The Oakton WD-35804-06 is a single-junction, 12-mm, gel-filled, sealed, pH electrode, with a glass body, and 0-12 pH range. The electrode, also known as a probe, measures the pH of a solution. It is commonly used to test gels, semi-solids, and plant or animal material. This electrode features a single-junction for general purpose applications, and has an annular-type junction for faster electrode response. It has a glass body to resist higher temperatures, and for more effective sealing. Its spear-tip is for piercing semi-solids, gels, and foods. The electrode has a BNC-connected combination reference and measuring cell, for ease of use and to provide tight coaxial cable connections.

The 35804-06 electrode has a temperature range of 0 to 100 degrees C (32 to 212 degrees F), a 12-mm diameter, 8-mm tip, and it is intended for use with the Oakton pH Testr BNC, pH 5/6, Ion 6, pH 5+/6+, Ion 6+, pH 10/11/100/110, pH 300/310, pH 500/510, Ion 510, pH 1000/1100/2100/2500, pH700/2700, Ion 700/2700, PC 700/2700, pH/DO 300, pH/CON 300, pH/CON 510, pH 600/610/620, PC600, PD600, PDC650 (sold separately), and other meters with BNC-connected electrodes. It comes with a protective electrode storage container to prevent damage, and a 3-foot cable.

pH testers measure the acidity or alkalinity of a substance and are commonly used by researchers, manufacturers, and hobbyists in hydroponics, aquaculture, agriculture, and wine-making.
